By accessing or using the website of OsoElite Consulting Company LLC ("OsoElite"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion, please discontinue use of this site.

2. Description of Services & Divisions

OsoElite Consulting Company operates active tax preparation services in Virginia. Additional consulting divisions, including Credit Repair, Online Notarization, and Travel Services, are currently designated as "Coming Soon." Intake, remote notarizations, and payments are not operational for unlaunched divisions.

3. Tax Preparer Selection & Assignments

Selection of a preferred tax preparer through our directory or intake forms constitutes a request only. OsoElite management reserves the right to review, approve, and reassign client engagements based on availability, licensing, and workload capacity.

4. Refund Cash Advances

Cash advance opportunities up to $7,500 are offered through third-party partnering lenders starting January 2, 2027. All advances are subject to lender approval, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms and conditions. OsoElite does not guarantee loan approval or specific funding amounts.

5. Accurate Information

Clients agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when submitting tax estimate forms, contact inquiries, or waitlist requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

OsoElite provides general informational materials on this website. Formal tax advice is provided solely under an executed client engagement.
